This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Galerie Noir are processed, produced, and delivered.
1. Order processing
After your payment is confirmed, your order is processed and prepared for production.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Production
Galerie Noir products are produced on demand. This means your artwork is made after your order is placed.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product type, availability, and fulfillment location.
3. Shipping destinations
At this stage, Galerie Noir ships to selected destinations only:
European Union
Switzerland
United Kingdom
United States
If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to your location.
4. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and fulfillment location.
Typical delivery estimates are:
European Union: 3–10 business days after production
Switzerland: 3–10 business days after production
United Kingdom: 4–12 business days after production
United States: 3–10 business days after production
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
If free shipping is offered, this will be clearly shown at checkout.
6. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or tracking link, if tracking is available for your shipment.
Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
7. Customs, duties, and import taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on your country.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Galerie Noir is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Galerie Noir is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@galerienoir.shop. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production or shipment.
9. Lost packages
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at support@galerienoir.shop with your order number.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will review the case with our fulfillment and shipping partners and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@galerienoir.shop.
Please include:
your order number;
photos of the damaged product;
photos of the packaging;
a short description of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
