Galerie Noir sells wall art, framed prints, posters, and related physical products.

Product images shown on the website are for presentation purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, dimensions, materials, and details accurately, but minor differences may occur due to screen settings, production processes, or supplier variations.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee that the order can be fulfilled in every case.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

the product is unavailable;
payment is not authorised;
the shipping address is incomplete or unsupported;
there is an obvious pricing or technical error;
the order appears fraudulent or suspicious.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where possible.

Galerie Noir does not store full payment card details.

Production and delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

7. Customs, import duties, and taxes

Galerie Noir is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or unpaid customs charges.
